Four bedrooms and capacity for up to 7 people.
• Three bedrooms are equipped with queen-size (double) beds (in one of these rooms, the bed can be separated into two separate beds if necessary).
• One bedroom contains one single bed.
• Each room has its own balcony, while the living room has a spacious balcony of 20 m².
• The apartment has one bathroom and one toilet and two parking spaces, placed one behind the other.

Rental prices (monthly, for a rental period of one year):
• Apartment only: €1.600
• Apartment + animals: €2.000
• Apartment + indoor pool: €2.000
• Apartment + animals + indoor pool: €2.200

Deposit and payment terms:
• A deposit of €5.000 is required.
• When signing the contract, it is necessary to pay two months’ rent in advance + deposit.
• After that, tenants can continue with monthly rent payments.

Additional conditions:
• The minimum lease period is one year.
• Tenants are obliged to provide professional cleaning once a month through an agency chosen by the owner of the apartment.
• Mandatory inspection of the apartment by the owner once a month
